HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO COMMIT TO THE PROGRAM?

The Signature 1:1 Program takes 12 weeks to complete. Every week we will have a video coaching call which will last for 30 minutes. In addition to this there will be bite-size training videos for you to watch (each around 5-10 minutes long) to cover the program content. There will also be some valuable resources for you to work through at your own pace, to help enhance your learning e.g. audio meditations, journaling exercises, meal planning etc.

IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN OPTION?

Yes, there is! There are two ways to make payment for the program - payment in full prior to our first session, or a 3 month plan of equal instalments, with the first payment being made prior to our first session.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER COSTS INVOLVED?

There are no other costs involved. I suggest some recommended reading which may involve a small cost, but this is fully optional.

WHAT IF I NEED ADDITIONAL SUPPORT AFTER THE PROGRAM?

We can certainly look into options to offer you additional coaching and support. The 12 week program is generally a great time to implement the new tools and strategies to meet your desired outcomes, but if you feel like you need more support we can definitely discuss this.

WHEN DO I START THE PROGRAM?

As soon as you register, we will schedule in our first coaching call at a time to suit you, and get you started on the program straight away!
