In addition to this there will be bite-size training videos for you to watch (each around 5-10 minutes long) to cover the program content. There will also be some valuable resources for you to work through at your own pace, to help enhance your learning e.g. audio meditations, journaling exercises, meal planning etc.
Yes, there is! There are two ways to make payment for the program - payment in full prior to our first session, or a 3 month plan of equal instalments, with the first payment being made prior to our first session.
There are no other costs involved. I suggest some recommended reading which may involve a small cost, but this is fully optional.
